His research contributions span across various fields, such as Environmental Sciences, Green Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Synthesis Chemistry, Concrete, Ceramics, Paper Industry, Petrochemicals, Extraction, Separation, Lithium-Ion Batteries, and Oral Chemistry. Dr. Aljerf actively participates in academic networks and professional organizations. Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from the Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received Ph.D.- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post-doctoral research scientist from 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as a research assistant, from 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became a professor in 1996, and he retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia at the international and national levels as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker, or Poster presenter. He served as the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined the last six years (2014 - 2019) in over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker, and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches over 60 Virtual/Webinar Conferences, due to the coronavirus outbreak in two years of his retirement, 2020 and 2021. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate at the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University from 1999-2004. He supervised 5 Ph.D.- theses and 3 M. Sc theses. He is also a technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of the significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. The ICDD (International Centre for Diffraction Data) also appreciates the cooperation of his group and interest in the Powder Diffraction File.

Prof. Gottfried Lemperle has been a Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery since 1998. In April 1999, he co-founded Artes Medical Inc., a publicly held medical technology company based on his invention of the PMMA microsphere platform technology leading to the first FDA-approved permanent injectable wrinkle filler in 2006. Prior to Artes Medical, Professor Lemperle spent over 30 years as a Professor & Head of the Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Frankfurt/Main, Germany. Professor Lemperle was awarded MD and PhD degrees in Immunology and General and Plastic Surgery from Frankfurt University. He has authored more than 270 original publications in the fields of plastic surgery, gastric reflux and incontinence. In 1997 he received the Cross of Merit 1st Class from the President of the Republic of Germany for his achievements as the founder of INTERPLAST -Germany, a non-profit organization providing reconstructive surgery services in third-world countries around the world. In 2010, Prof. Lemperle received the Dieffenbach-Medal as a German Lifetime Award for his contributions to the field of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. At present – back in Germany – he is visiting Goma, Congo where he was operating with Interplast-Germany teams and is planning, financing, and constructing the REHEMA (MERCI) Hospital for free treatment of the poor and refugees in Goma.

Since the beginning of his professional practice, Aleksander Maj has been working in Dąbrowa Górnicza at the REDEN Medical Centre (www.reden.com.pl). Dr. Harry Marget graduated from the University of Adelaide dental school in 1972 and at that time he completed a short training program at the dental school on how to finish certain procedures. On December 25 of the same year he moved to Melbourne and took a position working seven days a week at a conservative dental practice in the affluent Melbourne suburb of Hawthorn. There it was required that the dentist perform all procedures including molar endodontics, molar surgery, and crown and bridge. After a two-year training program in Endodontics at the University of Melbourne, Dr. Marget ventured off on considerable overseas trips to learn from Masters in dental procedures from as far afield as the United Kingdom, the United States, and South America to India, South Africa, and Israel. Between 1974 and 1994, Dr Marget opened no less than three dental practices from scratch and built them up to $3 million dollar business. After 3 to 5 years he sold them off at a considerable profit. In each and every case, careful selection of the type of procedures offered, staffing recruitment, training, and business management, were the key elements to the success. Since that time Dr. Marget has operated the one dental practice in the family suburb of East Bentleigh, building it up to comprise of 10 surgeries. Currently with a professional clinical roster of 10 general dentists, 3 dentists specializing in oral surgery and implantology, periodontics and orthodontics respectively, 4 hygienists and oral therapists, and a resident anesthetist. Dr. Marget boasts one of the bigger dental practices in Victoria. With all this success you think Harry would be satisfied, but his plans are to expand to 18 surgeries and he is soon looking to employ more than 20 dentists. Vakhtang Barbakadze has his expertise in isolation and structure elucidation of a new series of plant polyethers, which are endowed with pharmacological properties as immunomodulatory, antioxidant, antiinflammatory, wound-healing and anti-cancer agents. Besides, he interested in enantioselective synthesis and biological activities of basic monomeric moiety of these biopolyethers, synthesis of enantiomerically pure epoxides as chiral building blocks for the production of synthetic analogs of natural polyethers by chemical and enzymatic catalysis. He has received PhD degree in Chemistry and DSci degree in Biology in 1978 and 1999 from Institute of Organic Chemistry, Moscow, Russia and the Institute of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Tbilisi, Georgia, respectively. He is Head of the Department of Plant Biopolymers and Chemical Modification of Natural Compounds at Tbilisi State Medical University I.Kutateladze Institute of Pharmacochemistry. In 1996 and 2002 he has been a visiting scientist at Utrecht University, Departments of Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Chemistry, Utrecht, The Netherlands, by University Scholarship and The Netherlands organization for scientific research (NWO) Scholarship Scientific Program, respectively. He is also an organizing committee member and renowned speaker for many reputed scientific conferences. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals.
